A few people have contacted me following terrifying and sometimes dangerous experiences when taking Varenicline, asking what can be done about this drug.
In the light of accumulating scientific evidence that varenicline is associated with thoughts and acts of aggression/violence, they have been talking about the possibility of bringing a class action case ( these are cases in which a group of people collectively bring a claim to court - historically very much an American phenomenon).
Class actions are relatively new in the UK, but there are class actions lined up in the US and Canada regarding Varenicline, so please get in touch with me if you think you might be able to make a claim. Also, we'd be grateful for any legal advice that might be of help.
